The LxJamathon is a collaborative event where you’ll get to explore learning and design concepts with other L&D practitioners.
You’ll get a THEME and PROMPT and explore one (or both) of them during the 72-hour event.
You’ll also have an opportunity to get feedback on your submission from our guest panel of judges.

The THEME will be a broad, open-ended concept.
Design for the THEME if you want an experience that’s more like a game jam.
Both the THEME and the PROMPT will be announced on the first night of the Jamathon event.
Hack the Prompt!
The PROMPT will be a well-defined learning & development or performance problem, with specified parameters that the solution must include or achieve.

Grow Your Skills
Have you always wanted to make a learning solution that’s an infographic, a game, or something totally unexpected?
The Jamathon is an opportunity to play around with ideas and tools that you don’t get to use in your regular work!
At the end of the event, you’ll have the opportunity to receive feedback from experienced L&D professionals.
Make New Friends
Form teams and get to know each other during the event as you design and build a solution together.
